According to the study by Matthew Morris and doctoral student Eric Antillon, "prefabrication is an especially efficient technique in hospitals or any large building where the same type of unit has to be built over and over again". Buildings such as condominiums, dorms, barracks and call centers are just some examples of where customers will see the largest cost savings from building with the use of modualr pods.
