Your job will be to seek out potential commercial buyers and make the initial contact. You’ll send them to me for an initial design and bid. I’ll produce custom floor plans for each client along with custom pricing within 48 hours. Your job will be to continue to provide personal contact and follow up with the client as needed. I will aid you in closing the sale through rapid response, terrific pricing and consistent contact.
